- 1 everything bagel
- 2 oz smoked salmon
- 2 oz cream cheese (whipped works well)
- 1 T lemon juice
- 1/2 T dill
- salt and pepper to taste
- capers to taste
- 4 thin cucumber slices
- 4-8 small red onion slices
- In a small bowl, combine cream cheese, lemon juice, dill, salt, pepper, and capers.
- Slice cucumbers and onions.
- Toast bagel, then spread cream cheese mixture. Add salmon, cucumbers, and onions.
