Chicken Spaghetti

  • 2 c cooked chicken, diced
  • 1/4 c butter
  • 1/4 c flour
  • 1 t chicken bouillon cube, crushed
  • 1/4 t salt
  • 1/4 t pepper
  • 1/2 c chicken broth
  • 1 pint heavy whipping cream
  • 12 oz spaghetti
  • 4 oz mushrooms
  • 1 T parsley
  • 2 T Parmesan cheese
  • 1 1/2 c shredded cheddar cheese
  1. Cook spaghetti.
  2. Microwave butter, flour, and chicken bouillon for 1 min.
  3. Add salt, pepper, broth, and cream.
  4. Mix and microwave for 6 minutes, stirring every 2 minutes, to form a thick white base.
  5. Drain spaghetti.
  6. Add mushrooms, parsley, chicken, cheeses, and flour mix to spaghetti.
  7. Mix well and microwave 8-10 minutes or until thoroughly heated and cheese has melted.
