- Crust:
- 2 cans crescent rolls, or 2 GF Schar pizza crusts
- Cream cheese mixture:
- 8 oz cream cheese, room temperature
- 1/2 c sour cream
- 2 T mayo
- 1 package dry ranch dressing mix
- 1/4 t garlic salt
- 1/4 t garlic powder
- Toppings:
- 1/2 c broccoli, finely chopped
- 1/2 c cauliflower, finely chopped
- 2 medium carrots, finely chopped
- 1/2 c cherry tomatoes, halved
- Bake crescent rolls at 375F for 10 minutes, pressed into crust form, or bake pizza crusts according to their directions.
- In a bowl, mix together cream cheese mixture ingredients.
- Spread cream cheese mixture evenly over crust.
- Top with toppings.
