- 4 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 15 oz black beans
- 4 oz can diced green chilis
- 2 green onions
- 2-3 dashes hot sauce
- 1/8 t garlic powder
- 1/8 t salt
- 15 6″ tortillas
- olive oil
- serve with sour cream and hot sauce
- Rinse and drain black beans.
- Drain diced green chilis.
- Slice green onions.
- Add the cream cheese, black beans, green chiles, green onion, hot sauce, garlic powder, and salt to a bowl. Stir together until evenly combined.
- Spread mix into tortillas.
- Coat tortillas with oil.
- Bake at 400F for 15 minutes.
Notes:
- It worked well to put two corn tortillas in the tortilla warmer for 14 seconds to heat them up so they would roll better without breaking apart.
