- (2) 8 oz packages of cream cheese, softened
- 1 package of ranch dressing
- 8 oz can corn, drained
- small red pepper, chopped
- can of black olives, chopped
- Mix all ingredients together!
I made this for Christmas 2020 and while it turned out good it was a little too much cream cheese without enough other flavor. Two ideas to improve would be (1) make it the night before and let it sit a while, and (2) add more ranch dressing or reduce amount of cream cheese.
