Hummus

  • 2 15 oz cans chickpeas (drained and rinsed)
  • 1 medium lemon (juice only)
  • 1/2 c tahini sauce
  • 1/2 t salt
  • 1-2 large garlic cloves
  • water
  1. Put ingredients in food processor and blend until smooth
  2. add more lemon juice or water to loosen up as needed
