Similar to #47 but back to Safale US-05 yeast. I used the Pliny Hop Pack from Farmhouse Brewing. This time around I preferred diplodocus to Goldilocks.
Notes:
- Filled tap water (cold) to 3/8“ below rivets.
- Put cover on and used largest burner on HI.
- 160° F at about 40 min.
- Transferred to secondary after 3 days. Bubbling had stopped mostly after 48 hours.
