- 1.0 lb Chocolate Malt
- 12 oz Roasted Barley Malt
- 9 oz Debittered Black Malt
- 7 oz Crystal Malt 120L
- 1.8 oz coarsely ground Sumatra Coffee
- 1.8 oz coarsely ground Kona Coffee

- 90 min: 2.5 oz Dark, Bittersweet Baker’s Chocolate
- 90 min: 1.5 oz Unsweetened Chocolate Baking Squares
- 60 min: 1.7 lb Light DME
- 30 min: 6.6 lb Light LME
- 0 min: 0.5 oz Dark, Bittersweet Baker’s Chocolate
- 0 min: 0.5 oz Unsweetened Chocolate Baking Squares

At first this one tasted too sweet like it didn’t fully ferment. After several days of sitting in the keg and turning up the CO2 it was a little better. Next time, use 2 yeast packets for this high of an OG. Also transfer to secondary. Also let it sit longer. I think I kegged it too early.
