- Fermentables
- 3.3 lb Briess CBW Pilsen LME (SRM 2)
- 3.3 lb Briess CBW Golden LME (SRM 4)
- 1.2 lb Pure Clover Honey
- Steeped Grains
- 1.1 lb Crystal Malt 10L
- 0.20 lb Caramel/Crystal Malt 80L
- 0.20 lb Roasted Barley (SRM 300)
- Hops
- 1.5 oz Kent Goldings (5%) for 60 min
- 0.5 oz Kent Goldings (5%) for 15 min
- Misc
- Whirlfloc Tablet (Irish Moss) for 10 min
- Yeast
- White Labs British Ale Yeast WLP005 (liquid)
I tried one at two weeks but it was not very carbonated yet. I think it needs another two weeks. At four weeks it was a little more carbonated, but has a bad finish and doesn’t taste great. Don’t need to do this one again.
