My second beer is a Brewer’s Best Robust Porter kit. I am fermenting this one in the 6.5gal plastic bucket. I am planning to do secondary fermentation in the glass carboy.
UPDATE: Well, life happened and I didn’t get around to putting it in a secondary fermenter. But, it smelled and tasted good while bottling after only being in a primary, but for 17 days. I could definitely taste the caramel and chocolate grains used. Hope it turns out good!
