Ice Cream Dessert

  • 24-36 oreo cookies
  • 1/4 – 1/2 c melted butter
  • 1/2 gallon melted ice cream
  • 2 squares unsweetened chocolate
  • 1 T butter
  • 1/2 c sugar
  • small can evaporated milk
  1. Crush oreos and mix with melted butter.
  2. Press into 9×13 pan and freeze.
  3. Spread ice cream over cookies and freeze.
  4. On low heat, cook chocolate, butter, sugar, and milk, stirring constantly until thick. Cool and spread on ice cream.
