- 24-36 oreo cookies
- 1/4 – 1/2 c melted butter
- 1/2 gallon melted ice cream
- 2 squares unsweetened chocolate
- 1 T butter
- 1/2 c sugar
- small can evaporated milk
- Crush oreos and mix with melted butter.
- Press into 9×13 pan and freeze.
- Spread ice cream over cookies and freeze.
- On low heat, cook chocolate, butter, sugar, and milk, stirring constantly until thick. Cool and spread on ice cream.
