- 12-14oz extra firm tofu
- 2 T oil
- 1 T nutritional yeast
- 1 t corn starch
- taco seasoning
- Preheat oven to 400F.
- Prepare baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Press tofu to remove water.
- In a medium bowl, crumble tofu.
- Mix in remaining ingredients.
- Transfer to baking sheet.
- Bake 25-30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
