- 0.5 c softened butter
- 1 c packed brown sugar
- 1 c sugar
- 1.5 c peanut butter
- 3 large eggs
- 2 t baking soda
- 1 t vanilla extract
- 4.5 c gluten-free rolled or instant oats
- 1 c semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 c plain M&Ms
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Mix together butter, sugars, peanut butter, and eggs.
- Add baking soda, vanilla, and oats and mix on low.
- Stir in chocolate chips and M&Ms.
- Scoop rounded balls of dough out to lined cookie sheets.
- Bake at 350F for 12-15 minutes.
- Let rest on cookie sheet a couple minutes and then wire racks to fully cool.
