Roasted Veggies

Potatoes

  • Rinse and scrub.
  • Cut into 1″ cubes.
  • Toss with olive oil and Italian seasoning.
  • Bake 35 minutes on tinfoil.

Onions and Peppers

  • Rinse.
  • Cut into 1″ strips.
  • Toss with olive oil, Italian seasoning, other spices (e.g. cumin, basil, paprika).
  • Bake 25 minutes on tinfoil.

Broccoli and Green Beans

  • Cut and rinse.
  • Toss with olive oil and garlic.
  • Bake 16 minutes on tinfoil.

Mushrooms and Zucchini

  • Rinse and cut.
  • Toss with olive oil, thyme, pepper.
  • Bake 16 minutes on tinfoil.
