- 8 oz mushrooms
- 16 oz gnocchi
- 1/2 c chicken broth
- 1 c heavy cream
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 t Italian seasoning
- 1/2 t smoked paprika
- 5 oz fresh spinach
- salt to taste
- coarsely ground black pepper to taste
- red pepper flakes to taste
- Cook mushrooms in oiled skillet. Season with salt and pepper. Keep separate if desired.
- Add gnocchi, chicken broth, heavy cream, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, smoked paprika, and 1/4 t salt.
- Bring to boil on medium heat and stir.
- Cover and cook 5 minutes while sauce boils.
- Add spinach, cook, and stir 5 minutes until spinach wilts.
- Top with mushrooms, black pepper, red pepper flakes.
