- 12-14 oz extra firm tofu
- 3 T tamari sauce (*try something with less sodium next time *)
- 2 T vegetable oil
- 1 t garlic powder
- 2 t paprika powder
- 1 t smoked paprika powder
- 1 T nutritional yeast
- 1 t corn starch
- Preheat oven to 400F.
- Press tofu to remove excess water.
- In a medium bowl, crumble the tofu.
- Add all other ingredients and stir to combine.
- Transfer tofu crumbles to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, stiring every few minutes.
Notes:
- 2024-08-03 this was pretty salty with 3 T tamari. Try something reduced sodium or an alternative to the tamari.
