- 2 c cooked chicken, diced
- 1/4 c butter
- 1/4 c flour
- 1 t chicken bouillon cube, crushed
- 1/4 t salt
- 1/4 t pepper
- 1/2 c chicken broth
- 1 pint heavy whipping cream
- 12 oz spaghetti
- 4 oz mushrooms
- 1 T parsley
- 2 T Parmesan cheese
- 1 1/2 c shredded cheddar cheese
- Cook spaghetti.
- Microwave butter, flour, and chicken bouillon for 1 min.
- Add salt, pepper, broth, and cream.
- Mix and microwave for 6 minutes, stirring every 2 minutes, to form a thick white base.
- Drain spaghetti.
- Add mushrooms, parsley, chicken, cheeses, and flour mix to spaghetti.
- Mix well and microwave 8-10 minutes or until thoroughly heated and cheese has melted.
