Vegetable Pizza

  • Crust:
    • 2 cans crescent rolls, or 2 GF Schar pizza crusts
  • Cream cheese mixture:
    • 8 oz cream cheese, room temperature
    • 1/2 c sour cream
    • 2 T mayo
    • 1 package dry ranch dressing mix
    • 1/4 t garlic salt
    • 1/4 t garlic powder
  • Toppings:
    • 1/2 c broccoli, finely chopped
    • 1/2 c cauliflower, finely chopped
    • 2 medium carrots, finely chopped
    • 1/2 c cherry tomatoes, halved
  1. Bake crescent rolls at 375F for 10 minutes, pressed into crust form, or bake pizza crusts according to their directions.
  2. In a bowl, mix together cream cheese mixture ingredients.
  3. Spread cream cheese mixture evenly over crust.
  4. Top with toppings.
