- 1/2 Italian bread loaf
- Oven roasted chicken
- Red onion
- Sliced jalepenos
- 2 slices muenster cheese
- 2 slices pepperjack cheese
- Chipotle Aioli
- Preheat oven to 425F.
- Slice and saute red onions in oil.
- Cut 1/2 bread loaf in half.
- Layer 1 slice chicken, 1 slice muenster cheese, and 1 slice pepperjack cheese on each bread half.
- Layer onions and jalepenos.
- Bake until cheese melted, around 7 minutes.
- Spread chipotle aioli and close sandwich.
