- 1 lb salmon
- 1 small can chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
- 1/4 c honey
- 1 t minced garlic
- 1/2 t salt
- 1/2 t pepper
- Mix all ingredients in plastic bag to marinade salmon for a while.
- Transfer salmon from marinating bag to foiled sheet, and top with marinade glaze.
- Bake at 375F for 15-18 minutes.
