Smoothie – Green

  • Milk
  • Yogurt (optional)
  • 2 handfuls of spinach
  • Turmeric, flaxseed, quick cook oats (optional)
  • 1/2 cucumber
  • 1 apple
  • 1 banana
  • 1 c strawberry
  1. Add milk (to top of blades), yogurt, spinach to blender; blend.
  2. Add and blend each of cucumber, apple, banana, strawberry.
