- Milk
- Yogurt (optional)
- 2 handfuls of spinach
- Turmeric, flaxseed, quick cook oats (optional)
- 1/2 cucumber
- 1 apple
- 1 banana
- 1 c strawberry
- Add milk (to top of blades), yogurt, spinach to blender; blend.
- Add and blend each of cucumber, apple, banana, strawberry.
