2 large eggs 2 T water or milk 1 c italian breadcrumbs 1/4 c Parmesan cheese, grated 1 t garlic powder 1 t salt cooking spray Hand whisk eggs and water in a bowl. In another bowl, combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic powder, and salt. Stir to combine well.

1/2 c ricotta cheese 1/4 c mozzarella cheese, grated 1/4 c Parmesan cheese, grated 1/4 c Romano cheese, grated 3 oz cream cheese, room temperature 2 cloves garlic, minced 1/2 t salt 1/4 t pepper 1 t fresh parsley, finely diced Mix all ingredients in medium bowl.

Milk Yogurt (optional) 2 handfuls of spinach Turmeric, flaxseed, quick cook oats (optional) 1/2 cucumber 1 apple 1 banana 1 c strawberry Add milk (to top of blades), yogurt, spinach to blender; blend. Add and blend each of cucumber, apple, banana, strawberry.
