Cinnamon Applesauce Jello

1 c cinnamon red hots 4 c boiling water 2 large packages of cherry jello 1 quart applesauce Melt red hots in hot water; stir often. When dissolved, mix in jello packages. About 10 minutes later, mix in applesauce. Pour slowly into 9×13 pan. Refrigerate.

Chex Nibbles

12 oz butterscotch chips 1 c peanut butter 10 oz chex corn cereal 1 c milk chocolate chips Melt butterscotch chips and peanut butter in microwave. Stir in chex until all are coated. Stir in chocolate chips until combined, not melted. Spread on parchment/wax paper. Chill 30 minutes. Transfer to container.
