Crab filling ingredients:
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 3 oz imitation crab meat, drained
- 2 green onions, finely chopped
- 1 t garlic, minced
- 2 t Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 t soy sauce
- 1 t sugar
- 1 dash cayenne pepper
Other ingredients:
- 1 package wonton wrappers
- 1 package mozarella cheese
- 1/2 batch of Stromboli Bread Dough
- Sweet and sour sauce (La Choy was good)
- Sweet chili sauce (La Choy was good)
- Make dough.
- Bake crust plain for 4 minutes at 425F.
- Blend crab filling ingredients in food processor.
- Spread crab filling mixture onto baked pizza crust.
- Sprinkle mozarella cheese over crab filling mixture.
- Bake 8-12 minutes at 425F.
- Cut a few wonton wrappers into 3/8″ wide strips and pan-fry.
- Sprinkle fried wonton wrappers on pizza.
- Drizzle sweet and sour sauce on pizza.
Made with “neufchatel cheese” for reduced fat and it was just fine!
Notes:
- A single recipe is good for one pizza. A double recipe is enough for a large regular pizza (1/2 stromboli dough batch) plus 2x Schar gluten-free crusts.
