Burritos

This makes ~5-6 burritos

  • 6 large Ole Xtreme Health burrito shells
  • 1 can refried beans
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 lb turkey sausage
  • 1 can enchilada sauce
  • 1 can beef gravy
  • 1 can chicken gravy
  • Optional toppings:
    • shredded cheese
    • shredded lettuce
    • red onion, diced
    • tomatoes, diced
    • sour cream
    • hot sauce
    • black olives
  1. Cook ground beef and turkey sausage.
  2. Spray 9×13 glass pan with cooking spray.
  3. Add refried beans and meat to burrito shells; pack in pan.
  4. Bake at 350 for ~10 min.
  5. Mix enchilada sauce and gravies to form burrito sauce.
  6. Pour burrito sauce over burritos.
  7. Sprinkle shredded cheese over sauce.
  8. Bake for another 35 min.
  9. Serve with lettuce, onion, tomatoes, sour cream, hot sauce, olives.
