- 1 package wonton wrappers
- Filling:
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 3-4 oz imitation crab meat, drained
- 2 green onions, finely chopped
- 1 t sugar
- 1 t garlic, minced
- 2 t Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 t tamari
- 1 dash cayenne pepper
- Serving sauces:
- Sweet chili sauce
- Sweet and sour sauce
- Combine filling ingredients into food processor and blend.
- Place wonton wrappers on flat surface and put 1 T of filling into the center of each wrapper.
- Wet edges of the wonton wrappers with a brush. Fold wrappers shut and seal all edges.
- Oil top of rangoons.
- Bake at 475F for 8-10 minutes.
Made with “neufchatel cheese” instead and it was good!
Changed from frying in oil on stove to baking in oven.
2021-10-19: Made with tamari sauce instead of worcestershire + soy and that was good.
2023-08-08: Change from soy sauce to tamari. Add serving sauces. Reorder ingredients.
