1 envelope Lipton Recipe Secrets Vegetable Soup Mix 8 oz sour cream 1 c mayonnaise 10 oz chopped spinach, cooked, cooled, and squeezed dry 8 oz water chestnuts, drained and chopped (optional) Combine all ingredients in medium bowl. Chill 2 hours. Serve with favorite crackers.
