Blueberry Pie

  • 3/4 c sugar
  • 3 T cornstarch
  • 1 T flour
  • 1/4 t salt
  • 1/2 t cinnamon
  • 4 c fresh blueberries
  • 2x pie crust
  1. Preheat oven to 375F.
  2. Mix sugar, flour, cornstarch, salt, cinnamon, and blueberries.
  3. Pour mixture into pie crust.
  4. Cut second pie crust into 1/2″ strips to make lattice top.
  5. Bake on lower shelf for 50 min or until crust is golden brown.

Notes:

  • I made this again on 2021-03-14 and it was a bit watery. Look into a way to thicken this up and make it less watery.
  • Made on 2021-08-06 with an added 1T of flour. That ended up great and not as watery. Added 1T of flour to recipe.
