- 3/4 c sugar
- 3 T cornstarch
- 1 T flour
- 1/4 t salt
- 1/2 t cinnamon
- 4 c fresh blueberries
- 2x pie crust
- Preheat oven to 375F.
- Mix sugar, flour, cornstarch, salt, cinnamon, and blueberries.
- Pour mixture into pie crust.
- Cut second pie crust into 1/2″ strips to make lattice top.
- Bake on lower shelf for 50 min or until crust is golden brown.
Notes:
- I made this again on 2021-03-14 and it was a bit watery. Look into a way to thicken this up and make it less watery.
- Made on 2021-08-06 with an added 1T of flour. That ended up great and not as watery. Added 1T of flour to recipe.
