    • 60 min: 6.6 lb Amber LME
    • 60 min: 3.3 lb Dark LME
    • 30 min: 0.5 lb Brown Sugar
    • 10 min: 24 oz Ghirardelli Bittersweet 60% Cacao
    • 10 min: 8 oz Hershey’s Cocoa powder
    • Secondary: 1.0 lb Lactose
    • Secondary: 8 oz Unsweetened 100% Cacao
  • Hops
    • 60 min: 0.5 oz Chinook
    • 30 min: 0.5 oz Willamette
    • 15 min: 0.5 oz Chinook
    • 15 min: 0.5 oz Willamette
  • Yeast
    • 2x Safale US-05

Originally based on https://www.brewersfriend.com/homebrew/recipe/view/1647/chocolate-imperial-stout. Mike and I brewed the same recipe in his garage. I used Safale US-05 while he used White Labs WLP004 Irish Ale liquid yeast. I used his aluminum turkey roaster pot on the burner. It turned out good enough.
