Similar to #46. Decreased dextrose from 1.75 to 1.0 lb. Increased LME from 7.0 lb to 7.5 lb. Changed steeped grains slightly. Changed the yeast to experiment. I used the Pliny Hop Pack from Farmhouse Brewing.
Notes:
- Filled tap water (cold) to 1/4“ below rivets.
- Put cover on and used largest burner on HI.
- 166° F at 41 min.
- Fermenting in basement instead of upstairs.
- During kegging it tasted sweet and pretty smooth.
