    • 0.25oz CTZ 13.90% dry hop 4 days

Similar to #46. Decreased dextrose from 1.75 to 1.0 lb. Increased LME from 7.0 lb to 7.5 lb. Changed steeped grains slightly. Changed the yeast to experiment. I used the Pliny Hop Pack from Farmhouse Brewing.

Notes:

  • Filled tap water (cold) to 1/4“ below rivets.
  • Put cover on and used largest burner on HI.
  • 166° F at 41 min.
  • Fermenting in basement instead of upstairs.
  • During kegging it tasted sweet and pretty smooth.
  • Primary: 4+9+5 days
  • OG: 1.064 @ 77
  • FG: 1.010 @ 67
  • ABV: 7.3%
