Similar to #32. I used Pilsen Light LME instead of Golden Light LME and Crystal 10 instead of Crystal 40 in hopes of lightening the color a little. I used the Pliny Hop Pack from Farmhouse Brewing. I also used cold tap water instead of hot water from the water heater.

It turned out alright. Definitely drinkable. The hop profile was good. It was very malty and had a thicker mouth feel than I would prefer. I need to figure out how to make it crisper. Phil suggests increasing the portion of simple sugar (dextrose).

Letting this one sit a couple weeks in the keg seemed to do it well, it is very tasty. I still think I’ll try a higher portion of simple sugar to try to lighten the body a bit.
