- Hops
- 1 oz Columbus 10.9% (bittering)
- 0.5 oz Cascade 6.4% (aroma)
- Yeast
- 1 pkg Safale S-04 Dry Ale Yeast
OG: 1.076 @ 68F. FG: 1.032 @ ~60F. Transferred to secondary and added 1.5 oz Oak chips. Plan to age for 8 weeks.
