The homebrew shop recommended the San Diego Super Yeast as being similar to the called-for American Ale #1056 yeast by Wyeast labs.
Transferred to secondary and dry hopped after 6 days. There was so much trub in the bottom of the primary that I only got about 4 gallons worth into the secondary 🙁 If I do this one again I should do a 6 gallon boil instead of 5.
Transferred to third and lost almost another gallon. Ended up with ~3.2 gallons (33 bottles). Definitely need to do a bigger boil if I do this again. But, it was very sweet and tasted great. I can’t taste much of the hop but perhaps after carbonating I will.
