This one was a Brewer’s Best Baltic Porter kit. I took my eye off the boil for 10 seconds and it boiled over so I lost a little sugar. I put in less water to compensate – around 4.5 gal total.
I’ve noticed with this Baltic Porter that letting it warm up slightly brings out more of the flavor.

- Secondary: 8 days

- FG: 1.020
- ABV: 6.2%
